Description
During the battle on Bethsaida's moon, Sorekh the Extravagant took the lead in commanding the Necron forces against the Eternal Legion invaders. He turned aside blows that would kill lesser creatures outright and fought his way into the thick of the enemy's ranks. A Centurion challenged him to a duel, taking the fight from the muddy battleground to atop the stone pillars surrounding them.

Thinking he had the upper hand, the Centurion stabbed his power sword into the gut of his mechanical adversary. Sorekh led him to believe he was defeated and then suddenly struck a telling blow upon the space marine. With their commander defeated, the Legionnaires fought more vigorously to reclaim his body, overwhelming the Necrons in a furious assault. Sorekh was the sole survivor and retreated into the tombs beneath the hive cities. His Phaeron will learn of this insolence and her response will be far more deadly.
