I'm not a big fan of maps that only view a certain part of a 'whole' world ,but I guess it is mainly made to server the story. Also I really like that sort of old brown'ish touch you gave the map. Really need to know more about the story now

how exactly does a map commission work? what refs do you need to make a good map? asking because I got my own dumb map idea

Maps are more involved on the commissioners part, so I'll need at least a rough sketch of what you want, then we can refine it as we go.Β The sketch doesn't need to be at all good, just some rough outline of where you want what.
It also helps if you know how to use any sort of image editing software so you can take my rough drafts and add points of interest like cities and locations.
