Sea Lapis Lazuli, though incapable of flight is able to swiftly traverse the seas with her hydrokinetic powers, despite all the power she has, she was cursed to be frozen as she reached towards a moon that surrounds the Cookie Colony's skies. If it weren't for the warm hearts of the other gems, she would have been frozen forever. The waters the were subject of her journey to reach the moon became the Tower of Frozen Waves. Should her gem ever be shattered, she will turn into sea foam.
