As an demisexual graysexual lesbian I wanted to help educate everyone on both of these orientations DemiSexuality and GraySexuality. Demisexuals can be Graysexual and Graysexuals can be Demisexual but the two orientations are not the same thing and stand alone. You can be both graysexual and demisexual your orientation can shift and feel different over time, so it's possible to fluctuate between graysexual and demisexual identities. Demi being part of the ace umbrella means that, for most of the time and towards most people, you do not experience sexual attraction. Graysexuals only experience sexual attraction some of the time, and sometimes not at all Their level of sexual attraction could fall anywhere from “not normally, but sometimes,” to “enjoys sex only under very specific circumstances”. I personally fall under the part of little to no sexual attraction and wants nothing to do with sex for both Demi and Gray but I still feel very strong romantic attraction at all times almost and want a happy romantic relationship with a demi/graysexual girl. Well I am both Demisexual and graysexual I mostly use Demisexual Lesbian when asked about my sexual orientation since I feel like like Demisexual and Graysexual can be put together and using one instead of both can make things easier for others who don't know what the Asexual community is to understand.
