I got ~Midnight-Lonesome for the shinexchange, and what an awesome character! [link]

This is the first time I've used watercolor pencils. My brother got a pack of 24 of them while he was in newfoundland, and I already had 12 xD. I used only 2 brushes, a number 10 pony hair watercolor brush and a '2/0' *tiny* pony hair brush. I love how the pencils blend o.o it was really fun! I took my time with it though since it was my first and all, so I probably spent like, 20 hours or so on this including sketching and everything.
was sketched with a 4H pencil, then inked over with a black Ballpoint since its nonwashable, watercolors and all, not god to use a washable pen to ink it with.

done on 11x15" regular weight watercolor paper. was really coarse, but I liked how it made the colored water smooth and absorbed pretty easily

also, I highly recommend you use black LAST, I used it first, then found out that probably wasnt a good idea, now the sky doesnt look all that great xD oh well
