NEW CHARACTER APPROACHING

Introducing Dr. Hans Skinner~

Short story I did a poll forever ago about what kind of Sonic character I should make next with a few choices. The one that had the most votes at the time was the jumping spider, and Lacy Rhene came from that. ... However I ended up choosing to do all from the list of choices. Slowly but surely... there's still 3 more characters I gotta do from that list and roughly 4-5 more redesign refs to do. Not necessarily in that order though...

For the concept to finish:

I chose long creepy fingers instead of arm blades. It's not to say it wasn't considered, but that was before making him a creepy coroner~ (Not that coroners are creepy, I just wanted to make him creepy.)
