Long story short- I did this up as a quickie thing for SacAnime's Amateur Art Contest like...
the night before.
Got 3rd place for the 18+ category!------------
...
Doing this made me realize the trend with my random creature making. They tend to have a lot of these characteristics: big n burly (or buff-ish in general), has a long thick mane, with a wispy horse-like tail....
I also realize this is like... some default thing I do with traditional stuff involving two characters... one's higher than the other and they look at each other's eyes for some reason...

Reminds me of Where the Wild Things Are, and how I am not sure I can view a 2 hour film based on a children"s book of approximately 12 sentences.
The boy definitely has an impish, spritely appearance with the blue and white and curly-toed shoes. The benign expression and the way he swings his legs help on that front, as well.
The goat eyes Greeny has are a nice "alien" touch, though his ornate necklace forged from a gem and some kind of advanced metalworking makes him seem less like a an imaginary friend and more like a denizen from some fantasy realm.

The night before and you got 3rd place? Sweet. Reminds me of the time I forgot an English paper 'till the day it was due and I dashed out of class to write it in the computer lab... and I still got an A on it.

wow that' big things is really nice. I like the design of the body is great. I like the paws and the fluffy hair part thing too. hehe and the head is very well done too. I can see that character likes the big green creature too. I can see that. the smile and pretty face are very well done. and the hair is very well done too. awesome job on the colors. great work girl!
