For the new story I'm writing about my Next Generation characters.
I call it "Gobi no Houkou: The Journey".
Anyway, Sumiko's now sixteen.
She's better than you.

Born in: Kirigakure (Some place outside of Kiri)
Raised in: Kohanagakure (Kohana)
Currently living: Shussuigakure(Sogeki no Hoshi)

Age: Sixteen
Height: Five foot 6 inches

Team: Mahuno Hakan and Nibi no Zaylee.
Friends: Mahuno Hakan, Nibi no Zaylee, Arubame Jouki, Hyuuga Hoshi and Inuzuka Ashi
Enemies: Hoshigaki Kano (on off thing, like Ino and Sakura), Kuroroku Meiyo and Uchiha Oiru (they SAY they hate each other)

Personality:
Sumiko's pretty much the talkative one in her team. Hakan's always quiet and Zaylee's rarely awake during the day. Her and Zaylee get along really well (when their both awake), but Hakan seems to be embarrassed by the two. Sumiko still likes spying on people so she knows that Hakan likes Zaylee and that Zaylee used to be part of the Akatsuki.

Techniques: Sumiko uses her bloodline limit and some spell tags.
Black hand jutsu (Bloodline, hand sends jolts of black lightning through arm and cuts through skin)
Black fist jutsu (Bloodline, like last but does not cut skin and instead makes bruises)
Black point jutsu (Bloodline, same as last jutsus, but works with pressure points)
Spell tags (Do multiple things, like explosions, summons, and bolts of lightning onto the tag)

History:
Sumiko was born outside of Kiri, but when her parents died she was put into a foster home. There, the great Kami informed her parents (at the time), that while Sumiko's mom was pregnant with her, she was infused with the Gobi no Houkou. Those parents took Sumiko to Kohana where she was assinged to live with the Inuzuka family. Twelve years later she learned of this and her life went down hill. After becoming a chuunin, she ran off with Inuzuka Kiba's (her adoptive father's) nephew Inuzuka Shinnen (son of Inuzuka Hana and Shiran Genma) to Shussuigakure where she stared a new like as Gobi no Sumiko.
