Description Lol~ Some people were curious to what Kirii ACTUALLY is.
So this would be it.
Only she's already transformed into a human form so she wont look like this /ever/ UNLESS she's captured o:

Kirii's moves, btw, are Flail, Double Slap, Steal Claw and Perish song c:

All Chankirii are born with Transform and Perish Song, but if they level up they forget Transform.

Why would it lose transform when leveling up? Wouldn't that be more of a step down than a step up?

it's a genetic defect. it's an ancient pokemon that clearly didn't get far by forgetting.
Babies forget key skills when they grow up also. If you throw a baby into a pool it can swim. but at 3 years old it's forgotten

Take a baby to a pool. Preferably dont drop it in the deep end and just let it play in the water, it wont sink or flail or anything, just float there calmly in that baby ish way it does. If you have the guts to move away from the baby it'll follow you without hassle.

I dont jus throw babies into pools XD if that's what you're thinking.
