Description
Felix's parents were prized Pokemon by a pair of breeders who specialized in breeding battle-ready Pokemon. These people were so good at what they did that they became the go-to breeders for Starter Pokemon in the Kalso region, and are now looking at expanding themselves to give their services to other Regions.

The breeders were shocked when one of their batch of eggs had a different coloured Pokemon. At first they were reluctant to give up this rare Pokemon to a new trainer, but decided to stay loyal to the service they provided and gave him up for adoption along with a Froakie and Chespin, as per the norm.

Felix, knowing how special he was turned in to a bit of a vain prince. Other trainers and Pokemon are mesmerized by his colourings, but his trainer, however, doesn't treat him any differently than their other Pokemon she owns, and so he has developed a bit of a complex.

Not much else is known about his personality yet.
