I want a remake of this...

...but with the following differences.
- Homer Simpson replaced with Jeff The Killer.
- Jeff is blindfolded and in a straightjacket while all this is happeing.
- Jeff's " smile " wounds have been stitched up.
- Jeff also has some wireless headphones placed on over his ears so that he can't hear what's going on.
- Replace the doctor and have him holding up a muzzle/face mask in his hands to be put on over Jeff's nose and mouth.
