09/08/10 I like magpies.

I did this magpie with black, blue and green biro. I haven't used biro much before only for line drawings and I didn't realise what such a great media it is! It is a pen, my favourite artist tool, but it can also be used for shading unlike other pens which is perfection. There is a downside though, it doesn't photograph very well as it is too reflective (shiny ) so this doesn't look as good as the original
