I am starting an Art Challege for all Lol Fans i don't Create your own CHampion and i don't care about quality of athe art just wuality of the general design and concept.

Name: Zarel ( The mage of Pain)
Lore: Most mages End up succumbing to the seductive call of fire and specilize in that others specialize in healing, Ice,wind or even the occasional earth.Zarel is a mystery to all though his peculiar magic no only requires displine of the mind but also the body. He developed a magic that used his pain to unless powerfull spells. This started the rumor that he wears the mask to hide his disfigured and scared face. What is known is every hit you land on him will come to you ten fold.
Abilities
passive- feel the pain evey hit zarel take fill his pain bar for 25% of the damage
Q= Anguish - Unleash his pain onto his opponet in bolt dealing 70/80/90/100 +(ap bonus) cost 20 pain

W= Take the pain- Zareal places a shled on a team member that shields them for 50/75/90 and damage taken by that champ for 5 secs fill his pain bar cost 10 pain

E= Suffering- Zareal surronds himself in tonado of pain do aoe damage around him =70/80/90 + ( .7 ap) cost 30 pain

R = Decimation Zareal uses all his pain and hits one enemy with it it land on one enemy who then shoots bolts of pain off them dealing damage to random characters around them damage done to the champion targeted equals 200/300/450 + pain percentage + ap bonus bolts deal 80 90 100 + pain percentage if 100 pain is used with ult it deals 10% bonus damage and the debuff last for 3 more secs
