Ciri (full name: Cirilla Fiona Elen Riannon) from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (by: CD Projekt RED). The Ashen-haired Lady which is the apprentice of Geralt (which is also his Father-figure).

*during in the process of doing this, I was thinking of maybe Yennefer, but I have problems on too much curly/swirl at hair tip, and Fur/feather (around her shoulder)
