Your answer: because I believe in quality. If I'm going to be making a web comic, I want every page to be done as nicely as it can. And the old pages where shit (though I will keep them up in my scrap folder)
So just sit back and relax, new pages will be up as soon as possible.

Since you're looking for quality, I should help out a little rather than stand by and give mindless praise, yeah? (Honestly wish more people would do this for me).
The face needs some minor readjustments. The eyes should be lowered so they're level with the ears, and unless it is a unique feature, that nose is far too large. Also, no mouth is that close to the chin, and the side of his face seems to suddenly disappear, so you may want to add a bit of skin or an ear there.
Other than that, its great, the farm drawing especially! If I could draw backgrounds like that ghjhgjdhgso so many comics. But I can't, so... :C
