Here's the MUGEN movelist of the new Yellow Earth Rainbow Girl... Brenda Garner!

Colors
1. Light yellow overshirt with dark yellow trim, dark yellow gloves and neckbelt, white tanktop and socks, blue jeans, dark yellow sneakers with white accents and laces.
2. Red overshirt with maroon trim, maroon gloves and neckbelt, yellow tanktop and socks, gray jeans, maroon sneakers with yellow accents and laces.
3. Light blue overshirt with dark blue trim, dark blue gloves and neckbelt, black tanktop and socks, red jeans, dark blue sneakers with black accents and laces.

Special moves
QCF+A: Shining Catch - Brenda uses both hands to absorb an enemy's projectile while standing (LA/MA) or crouching (HA). If successful, she will either toss a yellow-energy projectile of her own straight-forward while standing right-handed (LA/MA) or stand up with a right upward kick that shoots a yellow-energy wave forward along the ground (HA). This move can also double as a blockable grab that goes into an atomic drop.
F,D,DF+A: Rising Backbreaker - Brenda leaps forward into the air to grab an airborne enemy. If successful, she will slam them down with a backbreaker.
QCB+A: Reversal Slam - Brenda attempts to counter an enemy's incoming physical attack (LA against jumping, MA against standing, HA against crouching). If successful, she will execute a reverse powerslam (LA), forward body toss (MA), or an atomic drop (HA).
B,D,DB+A: Shoulder Tackle - Brenda charges forward shoulder-first. The HA version knocks down on contact (though it will have longer startup time than the LA and MA versions, albeit having auto-parrying builted into the initial animation frames).

Super Combos
QCB,HCF+A: Earth Tremor - Brenda ducks down and executes a sweep kick that knocks her enemy backward into the air, then she poses before they hit the floor so hard, the ground will briefly shake. In the Level 3 version, she will execute a sweep kick that knocks her enemy vertically into the air, followed by a standing upward kick, then she goes into a more flexing pose prior to letting her enemy hit the floor so hard, again briefly shaking the ground.
QCF,HCB+A: Offensive Drive - Brenda runs forward and, if she connects, executes a series of attacks followed by a standing upward kick that knocks her enemy into the air (Levels 1 and 3) or a grab into an Atomic Drop that causes the ground to briefly shake upon slamming them into the ground (Level 2). In the Level 3 version, she immediately follows the upward kick with a forward jump, going into a grab and air toss where her thrown enemy hits the floor so hard, the ground will briefly shake.
QCF,QCF+A: Reverse Giant Head Swing - A Level 3-only move where Brenda will counter any physical attack from the enemy. If successful, she will grab them by the head, and spin them around several times before tossing them across the screen.
