Only flaw I can see atm is the blood on Scout's arm. Looks a bit off; bits are coming off his arm? Not drops or anything..

How do you do this? I mean...the faceposer of Garrys Mod for the regular TF2 Models is AWFUL xD

Go to the "Browse" tab, Team Fortress 2 => Player => HWM. You'll have to fix the fucked up face and saving a preset before using it or it'll look fucked up.
Basicly put all the "lips" and "jaw" related sliders to 0.5, send me a note or add on steam if you need further help.
