First attempt at a serious pixel art piece. Looking back now it's pretty poor effort.I have taken in everyones advice and used it in this piece, thank you all for comment on my progress pictures, it really helps in the end.

the roof of the midle building seems a little bit rushed and the could of been more variations in soldiers the two types look a bit boring and generic

wow... god you must have been determined to do all this! all I can say against it is that you need to shade a bit more (i.e. shadows, highlights, etc.) but it's really good
