I never draw Dhar... which is funny because he's pretty much the worse of the worst in terms of villains I have kicking around. The whole Evangeline Organization is pretty much set up around the goal of getting rid of him. He and Ebony have a long history but if you want to take a crack at it go ahead XD

They have such a good backstory T_T it pleases me. Maybe I should write something about them...
