Schlossplatz, Saarbrücken (Capital of Saarland, the smallest Bundesland of Germany).On the building on the left hand side you can read 'Rathhaus', which means town hall, but it is actually the old town hall of the city.
The current town hall of Saarbrücken is located in the city center.
