Ricky was born at the moon but was raised by Master Roshi and Turtle and taught the arts of the Kame and learn deeper of martial arts and more along the way as he doesn't know much about his parents though his parents know about him most as his mothers name is Luna and his Fathers name is Artemis as he also has a little sister that he didn't know about until his little sister keep's trying to reveal the moon symbol on his fore head as he sometimes know his sister is sometimes annoying from time to time but it doesn't stop him from his adventure one bit to help Goku or to help Serena a.k.a. Sailor moon how ever his power and strength doubles when the moon is out.Related content

yup and yet doesn't know ho his parents are but he lives with Serena as her parents didn't mind how cute a talking cat is but sometimes he's ready for more adventure and has somewhat of a pervy mind like Master Roshi A.K.A. Jacky Chun but also learn the tamed habits like Roshi's close friend Turtle.

But than learns from the rest of the Sailor scouts and he starts to learn how to appreciate things lots even get's along with stuff but starts to have a sudden fear of Luna sometimes as he literally hides in trash cans or recycle bins even boxes but... at a further point he discovered a little sister he didn't know about but sometimes his little sister keep's trying to take off his head band trying to expose his moon symbol on his fore head.

though the really interesting part is he now has the ability of cell witch means he can copy ability's from other fighters or enemy's.

yup and can even convert energy to pick up fellow allies that have feinted from anyone evil taking out the friends of Ricky though Ricky's past can only be explained on notes.

but just like BlueCatRiolu he's vunrable to any kind of belly ache even unknown ones similar to King Jabujabu.
