History:
Flying in from Solaris, this pony was sent down when shipments of gems went missing from the caves, under the expectation of a thief being involves a group of guards were sent down to the Ravine to investigate and insure resources stopped going missing. This resulted in a crack down for the guards as they worked with locals and the current bat pony population that was living in the caves.

Moving in quickly and quietly he began interacting with local ponies willing tot help patrol inside and out of the caves. Making friends, partners, and even finding a bit of love on the way. Making the caves his home base he began his goal of making the settlement a safer place.

He has spent many years building a small police force of ponies he has affectionately called the neighwatch. Normally fliers are in listed in the force, but their are a number of earth pony, diamond dog, and even a few drake members. While the record of the neighwatch is not squeaky clean their has not been to many over reaches of force as of yet.
