I was halfway expecting the winning question at the end to literally be a piece of trivia from the anime Kiyo was talking about, just to make sure the moral was extra clear.

No, but seriously, while I really liked all the fun the animators clearly had with the dramatic visuals during the question battles, I still think it's really funny that they had to keep cutting away to avoid having dialog during Kiyo's bits. Usually anime throw in extra dialog to avoid having to draw too much animation, THIS one threw in extra animation to avoid the writers having to actually do homework and write smart questions.

Also, if I was drawing this a decade ago, I'd just have used the book as an excuse to make a Gravity Falls joke. Also also, DEAR GOD GRAVITY FALLS DEBUTED A DECADE AGO.
