This pair of two prints was made several years apart, I didn't know I was making a series when I painted the ginkgo leaf koi on the left! But Ginkgo Koi was well loved to the point that I decided to make it a companion. c: I think Ginkgo was made in 2013 or 2014? And Oak was made in 2019.They are Ginkgo for Memory, and Oak for Wisdom.

Those are nice.
I used to do a lot of koi when I was selling paintings on the sidewalk. Not quite the same as yours, but koi are still an image that resonates with me because I painted and sold a lot of them, which meant doing a lot of variations of different colors and backgrounds and hearing a lot of people talk about the symbolism and why they liked them. (Koi are a symbol of perseverance.)
Anyway, your prints are pretty and they brought back some good memories.
