My entry for , wherein the group wants an artwork for the Summer Olympics or Casual Summer Fun themed contest.

Oh England~!

I decided to fuse the concept of the Archery Event and the usual game hunts; and a hint of the Summery season. I like fusing concepts rather than sticking to one; I love how it adds the flavor.

I noticed a significant lack of Archer!Arthur; except when being portrayed as Usarisu or Chibi!Arthur; so I decided to draw him in a modern-esque outfit of an Archer; alongside a color theme in his attire to fit him well.

Also Archery needs more love~!

The bow he's using? I loosely based it off the notorious British Longbows; which was widely used during the Middle Ages. But it seems, that I ended up making a Composite Bow by accident.

The effects, lighting and color textures are allusions of the sunlight in meadows and woods. I thought it would go well with the piece.

Lineart'd in MS Paint, Vector'd and Color'd in Paint SAI and finally color textures are done in Pixlr Express.

Note: The arrows are more based after Bow Bolts.
