From Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt
Chance encounter. Had to do this (even though she did flip me off XD).
I also happened to have an airsoft prop on me that was about the same size (hur hur hur) as Panty's "Backlace" pistol (and it was colored and shaped (oh my~) like it would have been in this outfit.
Probably the last free moment I had during the convention. XP
