Olympias, like your SM3 there, just take generic twin-spool ribbons. I get mine from the Office Max; they're a bit uncommon but still pretty easily found if you do a little bit of digging. Otherwise you can just avail of the Internet; just find a twin-spool, 1/2" ribbon. Shouldn't be more than $10 each.
As for the sticky keys, a (very) small drop of 3-in-1 oil can free them up for a bit, but in time it tends to attract dirt and just get gummed up again. If you're near a major city, the best bet would be to hunt down a typewriter repairman - they're scarce, but you can find them with due diligence.

I actually found ribbons for about 8 bucks each online last night, so they should get here in a week. Thanks so much for the tips though!
