Description
This base is F2U for Mothcats members.You can contact me if you'd like base adjustments if your mothcat has different traits.
This base will be used for a future mothcat installation happening in summer *hint hint*
I personally will be making pixels of mothcats in numerical order on the masterlist. It's best if you fill the base to make my life easier. Thank you.

Would you have any tips for coloring these to maintain this shaded style? I can try to go make Natsu and Suzu if so. (Suzu has a bob tail and stick antenna, along with a scruff mane. I imagine editing in the joint tufts wouldn't be too hard though.)Β

hmm first tell me what program you use and i can help ya out !

alright, use the magic wand tool (no anti-alias) and copy that and paste it and make that layer multiply / linear burn
and then you can just colour the base
but tbh it should be easier if i made a .psd file aha

GOSH this is a cute base and I wish I was even remotely capable of pixel art (or even digital art in general) so I could fill it in for my children!

tbh i think pixel art is easier than digital art in general cause it's easier to fix mistakes :'D
and i'll be doing everyone's mothcats.. eventually.. so no worries if you can't do it ;3

Perhaps. But it's SO different from the marker art I usually do, so it's really disorienting. Plus, any kind of art on a computer hurts my wrist and neck, which is why I gave up digital art to begin with. So I'll stick to sitting on the sidelines with my markers and appreciating everyone else's cute pixel art instead~

Ofc I can do it myself but just wondering if you already have one like that, I'd love to use it instead! Otherwise this base is perfect for my mothcat, only difference is mine has q-tip antennae)
