Another one of my fan-made Railway Series characters. This tank engine isn't a real model of tank engine. He's just a kind of model that I made up.

Bernard's bio:

He was an old friend of Duck's back on the Great Western Railroad, but now he's come to Sodor. He's got a 4-4-4 wheel arrangement and has an American whistle since his old one was lost and never found. He's a hard worker and is always reliable. He works hard to make sure his trains are ready to go. He checks the brakes and couplings first to make sure that nothing is broken or damaged. Then he makes sure that when he's dealing with freight cars is that the cargo is securely fastened without chance of breaking loose. He's a very careful engine and always follows the rules. Bernard is a "better safe then sorry" kind of engine and always makes sure he's prepared for anything.
