It's most of the Narrow Gauge engines from Thomas and Friends, I couldn't fit Mighty Mac of Fearless Freddie in there...In order from left to right: Bertram, Duncan, Rheneas, Skarloey, Sir Handel, Peter Sam, Duke, and Rusty.

Great lineup! It's a shame the other two couldn't fit in, but their lack of appearance doesn't detract from how good the scene looks

Well the both of them are pretty minor, and if you were to draw them, could be included with other minor NG characters such as the MSR engines, like Albert, Stanley(No. 2), and... the other guys.
