The last steam engine to be built for the Union Pacific Railroad came to my home town.... Too bad he wasn't sitting next to Big Mike. Seeing those two old engines would've been a wonderful sight.Related content

Last one built for the Union Pacific before they started using diesels.

I understand Diesels are better for fuel mileage, but they don't have the romance or the class of a Steam Engine
