This is her Black Room dress which can be seen when she is in Soul's soul in both the anime and the manga. This particular version (which exchanges her black hair ribbons for large feather-like structures), is only featured in the manga in its last story arc when she and Soul are battling the Kishin.

Looks great! I really love your style! If you're using PS I'd suggest finding a tutorial on using the pen tool for line art, it's a bit of a pain and takes a while but it creates very smooth lines for final pieces and a lot of manga artists on here tend to use it. But your current technique is great, it's just another option/style to play with! (I've only recently learned how to use it but I prefer a more painterly/sketchy approach when I work on something digitally.)

Cool, thanks! Yeah, honestly I have no idea what I'm doing when I draw in PS. I recently had one of my more artistically advanced friends give me a few pointers and tips, but I obviously need more.

No, you're doing really well! It's just hard to transition to a digital medium when you're used to working with traditional. I still have a really rough time and prefer traditional myself, though I need to learn the digital stuff for college

Yeah there are so many possibilities with digital, I just always get discouraged because I set very high goals/standards for myself and don't meet them.. But it's part of the learning process, and we're both getting better! ^^
