Really excellent work on the facial features btw, especially the nose! I find noses so difficult to shade but you got it just right!

I like the monochromatic colors sheme.
a little bit of constructive critic tho: Tho I know her eyes are supposed to be 'dead', I think you could make them a little darker and more detailed.
I know the whole pic is rather 'scetchy'(no offense), but I think making the eyes more...striking could help the pic.

the best practice to do it everyday! i like it the flow of the hair and the eye expression are great, nice toning also, i dont see that many monochrome paintings well done this days!

It seems like a quick sketch, but still a bit more defined lines, it doesn't need to be everywhere, would be quite nice.
one can hardly distinguish between the eyelashes and the eyes. also it would let the lips look more 3d if you put a stronger shadow where thy touch.
all in all I like this work and it is one of the strongest in your gallery.
As for your work in general - keep on creating and mybe take a closer look at proportions. you have talent and all it needs is a bit of practice :]

I really like this! Even though it was done with large brushstrokes, the shading is gorgeous, especially on her nose. I admire your cheekbone-shading skills as well -- those can be so hard. X.x
The hair is simple compared to some of your other art, but there's enough variety in the shades of white to make it look very real. (Although, I have to admit, it does remind me a little of Lady Gaga. = P )
The way you made the eyes black with only a ring of white for iris made them positively haunting. I feel like she's staring into my souuul. O_O
