Sorry for the late reply~
I use Paint Tool SAI and as a tool the pen with the density set to 60-70 and I usually add finishing touches/smoothness with the marker.

Oh I love the interaction, their eyes and hair is so weel designed and I really admire your crisp, clean lineart and the way the clothing hangs, you have some real nice skills and your hard work is evident! It stuns me how well flats can turn out when the artist is so good ;D
