Bilbo has found the perfect home, but it might be a little tricky to build upon since it's the ocean. He enjoys being around large bodies of water so he can fish all there can be. Because of his need to fish, he doesn't want to stay ported in one spot for too long... hmmmm... what is a bean to do with needs such as this?Building Trial part 1

A lovely spot to start building his home, since it's close to where his occupation is. I wonder how will he solve his conundrum of having a home not rooted to one spot.
