Nice sunset picture.
Some critique: There are two black spots in the sky (dirt on the lens, amplified by the head on sunlight), also a grain filter might make the image a bit more smooth. Lastly, the lightposts, as has been mentioned before, are a bit out of place. In particular because they are ungrounded. If you would have taken the lights with a bit of ground then the lightposts may even be a positive addition to the image.
