This is my grandmother's dog, Roscoe P.D. Coletrain. If you've ever watched "The Dukes Of Hazzard" you may know where the name comes from My mum says he looks like Master Splinter from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.... I used GIMP to add the border and text!!!
