Another one for the Dark Archer fans. I wanted a shot of Malcolm offering Thea his hand, but they used depth of field blurring on this shot, so... once more, art to the rescue!I was originally going to try to paint it by rebuilding his face from the blurry photo, but that didn't work so hot. This head is from a different screenshot that I happened to find by accident.

you really are the master of malcolm's facial expression analysis, and i couldn't have done it without you. (plus, i'm REALLY bad at making decisions.)
and i'm glad you like the details in the glove and coat and stuff. because those things are a real pain to do, although they are less detailed than the face. but then again, i don't have sheridan's guidance on how to paint those things, so i tend to use my own techniques, and those are... usually less than photorealistic. on a good day. : X
