Description
Undertale didn't have many birds so I made a bird monster.
She runs an orphanage and takes in all young monsters with no home. She has a very motherly nature and can be a real Cootie pie. Her feathers are extremely soft but not as soft as her heart. She'll do anything to make a child smile. However her over catering can get out of hand.

She actually took in Astraine when she was little for only a month, she ran away on a daily basis and finally escaped. Later Cootie found out Krakens don't need parents, they raise themselves and if someone tries to raise them they get mad. Which is also why if you look under her feathers there are a few bite marks. She also suffered ink poisoning a few times.

She's inspired off of Commander Holly and Toriel. I have a feeling the Toriel part is pretty clear though.

What kind of bird is she? A coot bird.
