this one here, i used a lot of different things.just my legs in fishnets, wearing wicked shoes.
first i grayscaled the background, then selected my legs and shoes and filtered it with plastic wrap. the top half of the background was selected and i filtered with colour pencil. the bottom left i used diffuse glow, and the bottom right i used diffused glow, then the ink outlines.
