Moe is a one-ff character who appears in the season 4 episode, "A Tree Grows in Lawndale." He is a student who was left back about three times and the school principal interviews him as a potential new high school football quarterback. Ultimately, he was too big and scary for the position.

The "Toxic Avenger" is a black comedy splatter-fest film by Troma Entertainment. This is the movie that really put Toma on the map and spawned two sequels, a musical stage play, a children's cartoon (???), comic books, and toys. A shining example of low brow and classless violent humor.

Well, the character of Moe, as previously stated, is large and kinda scary. What fictional characters would fit this bill? Yes, yes "The Incredible Hulk" would be the obvious choice, but let's go a little LESS obvious. I figured Toxie had a pretty good signature look that people could recognize: pink tutu and mop. Gotta have the mop.

I based this look for Toxie on different interpretations. His clothes are shredded up on the movie poster, but not in the actual movie (it's more just sleeveless), and the skin is dirty and blotchy in the movie, but not on the poster. I also made the polka dots visible as they are on Melvin's outfit before he falls into the toxic waste. I know his face isn't all lumpy and deformed, but I wanted him to still be recognizable as Moe. Hopefully it all works.
