Well, the Tv is a whole mesh together with the plant and stand it sits on. The picture is a different mesh.

Now to get them to look like that, I just replaced the images that used to be there with new ones. (Such as replaced the Tv screen "Muse" with a picture of CM Punk and Randy Orton and replaced the picture "your photo here" with a screenshot I took.)
