Here is another character from my little "game."(see Wild West comments.) This time my scrambled words led me to draw a short, black, sci-fi kid. I have been experimenting with the color hold technique and this is the first time I've been happy with my result. I've been looking at classic Disney style drawing lately, where the shape of the silouhette should read just as clearly as the fully rendered drawing. So that was my goal on this drawing. Like the other post it's mostly about drawing new types of characters, but I had to throw in a little storm trooper influence on the costume..Hope ya like itRelated content

I like it. it dosnt look much like your older drawings but its cool. my first thought was defanatly disney. even before i read the comments. hah. yah but its pretty awesome. the only thing i see as a bit odd is the shading [or is it stripes] onthe hands. almost like the lines should be more curved. but heck. your much morea a prefessional then I am =]
