One of my favorite Steven Universe pairings!:
Pearl and Rose Quartz!
I adore the bond these two shared in the past and the loyalty she still has towards Steven's mother.
But I'm not saying I don't ship Greg and Rose as husband and wife, quite the opposite!
I completely ADORE them!!!!
They are the sweetest, but the Pearl&Rose pairing grabs at my heartstrings on a personal level.
In my life, my best friend is the Pearl to my Rose and is my Greg.
MessyKatie's loyalty and love towards me holds no bounds whether it be in true friendship or borderline romantic.
And if anything threatens my happiness, she is more then ready to jump the gun at poor ChasePD just like Pearl (or any of the gems) would at poor Greg.
And that to me, is simply precious and heartwarming.
