Might never finish this so I might as well just post it-
It's a drawing of Katja again! This time in her original design... She's funny enough based on a small plush mom and I made when I was younger haha, but so Is also the rest of the friend gang she's in... Maybe I should post a dump of them? at least with the two dudes she's closest to?

I just got the new Pokémon (Sun) game, having a blast playing it surprisingly enough! I regret that I didn't name my trainer Katja because all I can imagine is her while playing... Though.... I might make Olivia Katja's middle name B)
Anyways, now you know the inspiration of this drawing LMAO

But I suppose there's also a story to this drawing in a way:
- Katja has never had a good relationship with her parents; Mostly because they didn't agree with her "life choices".
She never expected them to, but she tried to explain to them what she really felt like and why it wasn't their fault and all that kinda stuff...
"I didn't raise you up to become a girl" and "This just isn't right- It's not normal" they'd keep telling her. She felt more and more distant from them, and eventually got to the point where she didn't even look at them as her parents... They were just there, being part of a very broken past.
I imagine this being at her fathers funeral, she only showed up to pay the small respects she had for him before walking off to a corner and getting up her Nintendo, not listening to the cries of her mother or other family members -

I suppose that also kinda explains some of her backstory- I have so much more to say about her because she's.... really precious to me
I love her a lot and she has almost become more personal to me than Patrick and Mark is,,,

I really do hope this doesn't look too bad haha-
I'll make sure to post some other sketches and stuff with her and her friends- that are kinda old?? but I also still like- later!!

I also do have to apologize if this became a little sad haha- It's not a vent, it's not a drawing that reflects anything I feel or anything I have experienced- I just want to open up more about Katja's story-
