Her emotions can also affect the conditions if they are strong enough when she is using it. Her hair can also be turned into a water as a bonus! She typically makes it water in combat so that she can't be pulled by her hair and have it used against her. It does come with a downside, if she uses her quirk too much she can dehydrate herself severely.

Suit specifics: Chuya's suit is made in order to keep her dry with how her quirk is. She has gumballs in a little pouch strapped to her leg in order to try and hydrate herself if she starts to feel symptoms of dehydration. She also typically likes to try and hide and use her quirk with range. That's why when she becomes a hero she wishes to be known for surprising the enemy by hiding among civilians with how simple her hero outfit is.

Personality: Chuya is friendly and can often come off as awkward and a tiny bit shy. She's very determined when it comes to being a hero, and often when training she goes quiet and becomes completely serious. She's naive and doesn't know much street smarts and doesn't get many jokes. (Once responded to 'it smells like updog' with 'whats updog' and still didn't get it for another 10-20 minutes) She's decent in her studies but often will also spend her time writing down notes of every other thing but the classroom material. She prefers to go out with friends and do something social than stay at home. She's down to the bones girly but deadly and won't hesitate to get angry and may even hold a grudge. She's easily excited and holds people to their word. She remembers everything about her friends, even tiny details such as if they like whipped cream on their shakes or not. She's very emotional and tends to cry when really stressed, overwhelmed, or sad. She tends to be open with her friends and often shares her feelings if she's allowed to vent.

Her and Ayama are also big fans of Sol, and often the two are always talking about something involving her. The two tend to theorize many things about Sol, even her partners. They both believe she is dating the legendary All Might, but is hiding it. She admires Ayama in her studies and strict regime! She wishes she had enough self control and determination to do the things she did!


YourMasterSatan 's Oc Ember - Ember calls Chuya out when she's dwelling on her issues too much, and through this Chuya learns how to not let people get to her. It was a process but she's grateful for Ember! Chuya was initially a bit anxious when meeting Ember, she thought Ember was amazing with her quirk and how she didn't care what people thought.. She didn't think they'd be close friends but as she grew closer to Ayama and Rocco, she got to know Ember more. Ember sees Chuya a bit like a younger sister and is a bit protective of her because of it. Sometimes Chuya picks up small things like slang and the occasional curse word from Ember.

naniibanani 's Oc Kuiru - Kuiru and Chuya are both a bit air headed, (Chuya more so) and tend to laugh often. She admires how carefree Kuiru is, yet she's still extremely determined! Kuiru tends to sneak Chuya small snacks on the rare occasion she doesn't have any, which she appreciates greatly. They both share being plenty playful and sometimes Kuiru walks around carrying her. She doesn't mind, big buff girls are very nice!!!


SmilesUpsideDown 's Oc Rocco - Chuya and Rocco are best friends! The two of them tend to mess around together, Rocco seems a bit protective of Chuya as well, as Chuya is of Rocco. Rocco has tried to fight Denki Kaminari on if he ever hurt Chuya, only to be stopped by Ayama. Chuya tends to sometimes give Tokoyami the 'I see you' gesture, herself not wanting to see Rocco hurt. (Dark shadow does it back most of the time-) Chuya and Rocco tend to sneak in snacks in class, most of the time seen sharing them. Chuya and Rocco both share being clumsy too! Though Ayama keeps Rocco on a strict diet Chuya does like to hide the occasional candy in Rocco's bag. She admires Rocco's kindness and how she treats others as well!

                Valravna 's Oc Reina Ikeda - Reina is Chuya's older sister! Reina is a pro hero and Chuya admires her sister greatly. Their bond was inseparable as children, and it grew even more once their parents had passed. Reina had began to take more of a motherly role in Chuya's life, and once Reina was old enough she packed her and her sister's bags and they moved out. They lived in an apartment on their own after that, money being tight. She's seen her sister through a lot, and Reina had protected her from so much. They never really tended to fight, more like bicker over small things at most. She grew up a bit unexperienced, not having a proper adult figure to teach her anything as a mother or father would. Since her sister was also growing up alongside her, and tended to be gone often due to working hard in order to support them. She's eternally grateful for her sister, and loves her to death. She'd rather die than have anything happen to her, and wants to one day repay her back for all her work.


Valravna 's Oc Sol - Sol was a newbie pro hero when Chuya was a child, but she was really popular in Europe and Chuya was enchanted with her from the first time she saw her on TV. So much so she had her mother sew her a little doll resembling the heroine, and a yellow bunny that had a sun on it. (Appropriately called Sun Bun.) Chuya and her sister used to bicker on who was better, Sol or Endeavor. But one day Chuya and her family were out along the city streets when a villain attack happened. Sol arrived and saved the sisters, but Chuya's parents became causalities. Chuya doesn't remember much besides Sol on that day, and only admired her more because of it. Owing the young woman her life. Which led to her going to U.A. and soon after interning with Sol, she tends to refer to Sol as 'Mom'. (Most likely because she's clinging onto any person that exudes maternal instincts since she never had that.) She now has a bunch more of Lightbringer merchandise too!

                Valravna 's Oc Hiromi - Once Chuya moved to Japan and began to start school, she ran straight into another girl by accident, falling down. She began to laugh, as did the other little girl. That's how she formed a friendship with one of the only people she truly trusts. Hiromi and her shared being quite clumsy and a bit ditsy, and got along well as most children do. Hiromi was in a much better space monetarily than Chuya was as a child. Even so Hiromi tended to pay for meals when they went out, even when Chuya insisted to pay for it. Hiromi never treated her differently because of her background, and Chuya was thankful for that. They grew up together and Hiromi was there when Chuya started to process what happened to her. They stayed friends all through elementary to middle school, and Chuya became upset when Hiromi went to a different high school. It upset her so much she didn't try to make any friends at U.A for a week or so. Though her and Hiromi do still text each other and occasionally hang out! She's obviously protective of Hiromi, and would try to fight her boyfriend if he tried anything. She does occasionally tease Hiromi on her crush though, thinking it cute when she gushes about him.

Denki Kaminari - Chuya and Denki are a pretty good duo! With water and electricity, she can easily have his current spread without him overcharging too fast. Though she began to sorta find the things he did cute, his overcharging was a bit funny to her as well. She develops a crush for him and is way too nervous to act on it until she gets a pep talk from her friends. That's when she asks to talk to him after school, she almost chickens out last minute but he shows up. She'd confess to him then,though hesitant and he'd accept it, smiling. She'd immediately begin to cry, happy, but he'd panic. Ah, young love. She tries to get him to study more, and they tend to do their assignments together. They're a tad inseparable.

Izuku Midoriya - She initially had a small crush on him, but him and Uraraka seemed very into each other. She didn't wanna break that, and so never told him how she felt. They are still friends, and she doesn't view him any different. They do tend to bicker sometimes on if Lightbringer or All Might is better, but it's all playful.

                Takeo Tachi (My Oc) - Chuya and him dated in middle school, Chuya wasn't too informed on what love was due to losing her parents and her sister not having any experience either. But he confessed to her behind the school and thought he was cute so she agreed! He began to grow on her, and she always followed him like a lost puppy. He didn't really value her time and tended to push her away most of the time, finding her touchy nature a bit annoying. He used his quirk on her when she was upset with him, which resulted in her tending to forget what they fought about. He was possessive but never laid a hand on her, he did try to isolate her from her friend Hiromi though. Mostly because she was pointing out to Chuya what was wrong with their relationship. She only dated him for a short time as they graduated middle school and she got into U.A. She broke up with him somewhere public soon after, Hiromi watching from afar as to Chuya's suggestion in case he tried to shift her opinion by force. He was already on his way to becoming a villain, his father having history in that business, and Chuya breaking up with him only made his hatred for people who think they're 'heroes' grow. If their paths cross she'd have difficulty fighting him as she doesn't wish ill will on most people. But he wouldn't hesitate messing her up a bit if given the chance.

She admired the hero ever since she first saw her, and had stuffed animals of her. The fact that she saved them had made her love Lightbringer even more. Orphaned they had to leave the United Kingdom and head to Japan. They had been taken in by their aunt reluctantly, there she had seen her sister begin to work more and more, striving to become a pro hero, sometimes coming home late and working long and tiring hours. Eventually Reina would move out of her aunt's home when she turned 18, taking her younger sister with her.

        They live independently now and Chuya aspires to be a hero like her sister, the only really positive role model she was able to grow up with. Chuya currently lives with her sister in a less than optimal environment. The apartment she calls home is in a more shady part of town where smaller common crimes occur. It’s all her sister Reina could afford, after all the recent pro hero was still so young and taking care of a teenager no less.
