man was this sitting on my ol' Toshib for a long while. Finally got around to cleaning it up, but that's about as far as it's gonna get. Really cool villain, really fun to draw!Sinister Scarf ©

Before Muudge, he just relied on encountering evildoers to work with, but it's easier to use someone with easily-bullied individuals, like Muudge.

Makes sense. Most villainous collaborations fall apart or destroy eachother from the inside out before long.
Still would've made neat villainous titles, though; the Sinsiter Shroom Cutter, the Sinister Floralman, etc.

I don't think Floralman will ever rank sinister.
He's too preoccupied with being fabulous.
Besides, most villains aren't too keen to said aforementioned scarf, considering that it has a track record for betraying its wearers when convenient.
