this is a preview for the first round of Otaku Senshi Idol 2012
I choosed my sailor sun for the previews, I really wanted to draw some more arts of here, so this is my chance

some informations about my sailor sun:

Name: Hinoko Kirei
Jap. Name: Kirei Hinoko (means beautifull child of the sun)
Age: 22
Birthday: 17.08.
Birthstone: Sonnenstein (i don't know the right translation, but it means sunstone) [link]
Colour: gold
Technique: Hiyake (=sunburn), encased all enemies with dazzling light and burn they
Likes: water-ice, japanese lily
Dislikes: darkness

hinoko is the queen of the sun. she is a only child and her mother died when she was just two years old; she can't remember a thing of her mother only the scent of japanese lilies reminds her of her mother.
her father is still alive, but he lives alone in his rooms of the sun-palace; he tooks her education and was really strict with his daughter. for him might and power is everything, so he wanted, that his daughter will never be a 'sissy' - not as a child and most notably once when she will be the queen of the sun.
that's why hinoko is at first sight very cold and distant to other people; she is very tough and would die for her people.
only to the other three sailors of the sun, her guards, she shows from time to time her real emotions and feelings.

when hinoko's father was king, he broke contact to all the other kingdoms like the moon and the earth. hinoko didn't know why her father broke the contact, but she respected his decision and didn't contact the kingdoms once again, when she became the queen of the sun.

about the art:

gave me this picture [link] by as pose-reference, but, I don't know why, the pose was really tricky for me
that's why she looks a little bit younger than she should be and the anatomy is... don't talk abou it but the more I tried to draw it better, the worse it looks
