Hello!! So this is another piece that I might be submitting to my portfolio this semester.My favorite time period is the 1800s.... specifically 1870s. The dresses that they wore were just so beautiful. In this illustration the main figure is wearing a riding habit. Usually the women would wear these beautiful hats... however I wasn't feeling confident enough to draw one on her.

I can't believe such a lovely artwork got so few favs and no comments. I think this is simply wonderful. I love her pose and how you drew her from above. The garden is beautiful. The dress is beautiful too. I can see the rays of sunshine in front of her and the subtle shading behind her. Excellent artwork!
