When her emotions are unstable, for example if she's furious or very upset, she loses control of her flames and there were instances where she burned someone with them unintentionally. History:
Saki was adopted by a seemingly kind woman who took her home after she was beaten by the children in a village due to her unusual pink fur and for the fact that she has two tails. She was given to the woman's children, all whom abused her the same way due to the very same reason. For months, she was physically abused and in the end was left dumped into a river, which carried her to the place she currently resides in, at the age of 3. Saki decided to stay there permanently, living there for 20 years already and she now works in the onsen.

Additional Information:
"Saki" (咲) is a Japanese female given name literally meaning "blossom", which could be a reference to her her hair colour, and thus her fur colour in her transformed form.
Her eyes are the same colour as her fire, and they glow in the dark.
She sometimes ends her sentences with "-nya" due to her cat characteristics. This only occurs when she's excited.
She is about 5"3-ish
Her cat form is extremely...furry. Which is why others tend to stroke her...so...yeah.
She still tends to have nightmares about her abuse in her young years, however they're aren't as frequent as they were in the past.
Her fire never sets anything on fire unless she intends for it to happen.
